Letter of Offer
This is your formal contract with ANZ that outlines the terms and conditions of your loan. This document must be read in conjunction with the ANZ Consumer Lending Terms & Conditions.
Witness Acknowledgement
Your loan documents must be completed in the presence of an independent witness. This form is completed by a qualified witness to confirm the identity of the mortgagor and the witness.

Disbursement & Settlement Form
This Disbursement & Settlement Authority form authorises ANZ to withdraw funds from an ANZ account to meet the full amount due at settlement, or to deposit surplus funds where applicable.
Direct Loan Payment Form
The Direct Loan Payment form should be completed if you would like to make payments to your loan direct from your nominated ANZ account.
